Before joining Kelly / Warner, an AV-rated firm, Daniel practiced with another AV-rated firm, where he concentrated on litigation and business law. Model Of Discretion
For marketing purposes, some attorneys feature cases they’ve handled in the past. But Mr. Warner has a different philosophy: bankruptcy should be handled as quickly and quietly as possible. As such, he makes a point to not publicize his current and past cases, instead opting to be a pillar of discretion and privacy for his clients. A trait that has helped many a client to file bankruptcy with the least amount of attention as possible.
Today, Mr. Warner participates in the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce and State Bar of Arizona Members’ Assistance Committee, and is licensed to practice in all Arizona courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona.
An honored graduate of the Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Daniel Warner was in the top 1% of his class, earned seven certificates of merit, the President’s Achievement Award, and served on the law review. Daniel graduated summa cum laude from the University of New Haven, where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree.
An exceptionally accomplished litigator, Mr. Warner is a fierce but sensible advocate for his clients.
